A dash of Grace Kelly vibes, a dapper suit, and the romance of a garden wedding proves there’s something undeniably beautiful a Graydon Hall wedding. This inspired wedding shows how easy it is to pull-off a modern classic wedding with the simple recipe of three perfect ingredients: a time-honoured venue, timeless styling, and plenty of flowers!
Margot and James’ intimate August vows began with the perfect backdrop: an elevated escape for guests at Graydon Hall Manor styled by Vivian Little Events and designed by Rachael Ellen Events and hosted by friend and mentor Katie Nicolle. Add-in the some of the very best wedding vendors in the industry, this styled inspirational wedding was a dream to photograph.
This black-tie inspired wedding at Graydon Hall Manor boasted old world elegance. Their closest family and friends were greeted with champagne at the mansion entrance and led through to the back of the estate, graced with natural stone and perfectly manicured gardens. Paired with modern toffee, blush florals, and foraged greens generously dusted throughout from Sweet Woodruff, the scene was nothing short of a modern romantic dream. Calligraphed acrylic and organic handmade paper goods from iconic Ink & Press Co. played with all of the elements for the most timeless soiree.
Beautifully against tradition, the bride and groom started their day getting ready together, anticipating the celebration to come and savouring their moments leading up to their ceremony. Margot’s low sweptback bun and natural glow by Bespoke Beauty by Amy Beth was matched with the feminine silhouette of a satin Sasha gown with train, designed by Rasario, from White Toronto. Bella Belle shoes, heirloom peal earrings, and vintage rings from Yuliya Chorna Jewellery completed the bride’s stunning classic look. James looked dashing in his black tux and bowtie. The modern classic feel of their outfits matched perfectly with the heirloom and historic elements of their Graydon Hall wedding.
Amidst the excited whispers of guests and the softly bubbling fountain, Margot and James spoke their vows under a decadent archway of florals in a colour palette of whites, neutrals with a touch of blush and pops of mocha tones. With tossed petals and cheers, the two tied the knot. The florals arranged by Sweet Woodruff on the archway were breathtaking and a delight for floral lovers!
Their day ended with a sun-kissed intimate reception, tucked in the estate grounds, furnished by Simply Beautiful Decor. With an organically elevated tablescape of flowing florals, layered glassware, and gold-toned flatware elegantly styled by Vivian Little Events and Rachael Ellen Events, Margot and James shared dinner and laughter with their honoured guests as the golden sun nestled beyond the gardenscape. It was a day to remember and such an honour to photograph.

"Dylan & Sandra were incredible! We're not naturally comfortable getting our pictures taken, but they made us feel at ease. They captured the feeling of our wedding... When I look at the pictures it transports me right back. It's been such a precious gift!!"
