How it all began

This Norwich, Ontario wedding day was the sweetest celebration of young love. The connection between Breanne and Sam was undeniable. And the close-knit feel within their wedding party made the day feel incredibly relaxed! Keep reading for some of our favourite highlights from their big day!

When we first met Breanne and Sam, we loved hearing how their story began. They always saw each other at church but never really paid attention to one another. Until one day they saw each other at a party. They shared a beer (so cute!) and then, the rest is history! Sam knew Breanne was the one, and it wasn’t long until he popped the question by writing “Will you marry me?” on the barn whiteboard. When she saw it, she went into shock (and of course said yes)! 

A Powerful Love to Witness

These two are a perfect match. One thing that really struck us about Breanne is that she has the biggest heart. On her wedding day, she teared up often (and made us tear up too) as they both soaked in the significance of their day, their vows, and their love for one another. The look in Sam’s eyes as he looked at his bride over and over again throughout the day was so sweet! You could tell that he was awestruck with his bride! It was a really special honour to be their wedding photographers and capture all of the moments they had planned. There is nothing more powerful to us than witnessing a love like theirs.

Their Oxford County wedding day was a beautiful celebration of family and community, too. It was really special to see all the support from their family and friends. Breanne got ready at her parents’ home surrounded by her favourite girls. Bridal details of the lightest pink gown from Sew Stylish Wedding Works in Ingersoll, a stunning flowing blush, cream, and subtle mauve bloom bouquet from The Wandering Ivy, and wedding stationery from Lavender and Lace were perfectly matched to their romantic day. Sam got ready at their stunning farmhouse with his best friends and little brother. 

At the start of the day, we always love when the groom is most nervous because he wants time to pass more quickly so he can finally see his bride! When Sam knocked on Breanne’s family home door for their first look, time could not speed quick enough as he waited three long seconds for Breanne to open the door. And the embrace of these two at their first look was so powerful. Their first look moment and the safety and relief in each other’s arms was something that is beyond words.
