It’s Launch Day!!! Welcome to Dylan & Sandra Photography

Cue all the confetti! The relaunch of our brand has been in the works for quite some time, and today is the day when we officially celebrate the move from Dylan Martin Photography to Dylan & Sandra Photography! Why the change up? Let’s start with a story. In our first year of marriage we downloaded a game called “Jelly Splash”. Does anyone remember that one? It was *far less* addicting than Candy Crush(!) and it rallied us together to game plan as a team. We were so inspired by our Jelly Splash teamwork that as a half-joke came up with our family motto because of it: “Make bigger moves”!

Now as Dylan & Sandra Photography, we are making some new bigger moves! We have changed our name to reflect the experience of getting the two of us shooting together on your wedding day. Anyone that knows us knows that even when we were engaged, we were super passionate about marriage hacks and creating the best marriage possible. After our adventures in Australia and working with mostly newlyweds, our passion kept growing. When we had the opportunity to photograph couples, it was such a natural progression that we actually thought, “Hey maybe we could do this!”. It’s a dream fulfilled that that’s what we actually get to do that now!!!

Another reason for the change-up: We wanted a beautiful website experience to reflect the beauty that we see and capture when we work with our amazing couples. We switched to a whole new platform (Showit is by far the best thing to happen to websites) to showcase it all.

Finally, we needed a brand that would communicate our aesthetic of “classic black tie weddings meets confetti!”. We are huge fans of Classic. Classic black and white images. Classic style, bowties… it’s just so timeless! But we also are super down-to-earth and love fun and so wanted a feel that was accessible. We are so in love with our new logo and website.

To all of our past and future couples, we are so grateful for you! Your love stories inspire us, and the kind of people you are makes it so easy to do what we do.
