Mairead & Eddy | Jackson Park & Rooftop Engagement in Windsor, Ontario

These two met at work and we are so happy they did! They are a perfect match and have to be one of the coolest couples! Mairead is an absolute sweetheart and Eddy is a fun jokester. Together they share a passion for good food (foodies unite!), real estate and open house viewings, and fast cars. Side note: Eddy loves his cars so much, but when Mairead entered the picture, he openly acknowledged that she is his main girl now(!). There’s definitely a special playfulness that they have when they are together. We are super excited for their upcoming wedding which will include a traditional Chinese tea ceremony (family, traditions and the concept of legacy are things that we so treasure!). We can’t wait to be a part of documenting their big day. For their engagement session, we headed over to Windsor, Ontario. Mairead and Eddy know how to pick great locations! We started their photo session at Jackson Park in downtown Windsor. Jackson Park is a smaller park that is gorgeous and has stunning gardens and also war memorials. The sun was sparkling through the trees (including willow trees – our favourite, they are so romantic!), and Mairead’s red dress was perfection! After Jackson park, we then went to a dreamy rooftop location with a full view of the Windsor Detroit border skyline. And WOW…. what a spectacular view. The cityscape was so inspiring. It was an incredible sight and backdrop for this sweet couple’s engagement session. Now we are counting down to their wedding day when we get to hang out again! Mairead and Eddy, keep being each other’s biggest fans, you have something really special together that is priceless.
